Traditional Mexican Beef Jerky Variety 5-Pack

I really, really love your jerky. I recently became an ambassador and I’m spreading the word and I’m hopefully earned some commissions on this great taste and jerky to my fellow family members and friends.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy this beef jerky. I purchased the 5 pack and the order took 10 days to ship without any additional communication from the team explaining the delay. The jerky itself was quite hard and the flavors taste burnt. It was not crispy, just hard. I would not re-order.

I received my variety pack (Order #9607) and am reporting a quality issue with the Hot Honey flavor. While your other flavors were good and have the expected crispy texture, this bag was hard, burnt, and crunchy. It was BAD. It missed the mark significantly and seems like a bad batch compared to the rest of the order. I can provide pictures of noticeably darker and wrinkled appearance. Since this bag was effectively inedible, I’d like a replacement for this flavor or a partial refund for the variety pack. If neither is an option, I'd like to request a store credit or discount code toward a future order to make up for the defective product.
