PurRed™ Neck & Décolleté

When I first received my package I was very disappointed. The instructions to both the neck and face panel were very limited and reminded me of a very cheap model. I wrote to customer service and was very surprised to receive a reply with the day. They even offered for me to return product if dissatisfied. I have since used the mask and feel that it is extremely good quality despite the poor information and instructions received with product. I have since reached out a further three times and have always received a prompt reply. It is too early to say if the product is working yet but is quite comfortable and easy to navigate
