my go-to course!
This is the course I return to time after time. It is relaxing as well as useful for the stiffness and chronic pain I have if I’m too sedentary. Shalane is so easy to understand and helpful in making the moves easier if you’re having a slow day. I feel better each and every time I practice. I will keep doing this class, and hopefully one day I can do the one for “full” mobility which requires some standing. She is a great instructor! I highly recommend this course. Oh, and when I first started, I couldn’t do the moves for as long or as complete as she did, but I worked up to it and it does get easier. Makes my body respond in joints that haven’t for some time!

Better 5 chair yoga
I think the class is excellent but doing the pigeon pose in a chair is quite difficult for me especially during early days of the class. Discussing alternatives for those unable to do that pose would be helpful for me. Or perhaps using that pose later in the week.
