Put it in crock turned out really good.not a fan of grass fed but that changed my thoughts now.would buy another one for sure

Excellent texture and taste. I put frozen chuck roast in instant pot with birria seasonings and can of tomatoes (30 min per lb frozen). Roast shredded easily with two forks.
