Australian Sampler 6 Pack

Maybe I received a bad batch, but all six had a noticeable chemical taste. Three of them were especially difficult to eat because the aftertaste lingered for quite a while. That said, the customer service was amazing. The marketing and presentation were excellent, everything was packaged well, and everyone I dealt with was super nice. I’m wondering if I just got an off batch because the product itself didn’t match the experience I had with the company.

Great quality and great flavor

I’m giving this review because the customer service is not good but the licorice itself is very good. And the packaging is also nice. I have written twice to the company with questions and I have never heard anything. The second was in follow up to the first to give them a chance.
