Outstanding Blue Gill

Wonderful flavor

These exceeded my expectations. Bluegill is wonderful when lightly fried, and these delivered. I used a dusting of seasoned flour (flour, salt, granulated garlic) and some tartar sauce for dipping. I'm so glad I ordered two pounds. I'll be ordering again!!
