Terrific purchase. Larger than advertised and highly marbled. I placed it my Dry Ager and will have it with my wife in 30 to 45 days. Very good quality and very good price. Will be ordering again from Creekstone Farms.

Very Tender and Great Flavor

I cooked this up this weekend using the reverse sear method and it turned out very good. All the family loved it and everyone thought it was worth the money. I gave it a 4 but if there was a 4 1/2 I would have chosen it.
