AMAZING, I will never go back to disposable period products! I watched a few helpful videos before trying it, which I think is essential. It is a little scary at first- but the body knows what it is doing and this is designed perfectly for your cycle.

I've used the Diva cup and thought I'd try a disc. I bought a few discs to try to find a leak free one. I'm trying it out during a SUPER heavy perimenopause period, but I have 1-2 very heavy flow days regularly. So i think I'm getting an idea if it works. I like the oval shape of the Diva disc, worked well on day one when my cervix is lower. Easy to remove with tab and front covered area seems to minimize front leaks. Self emptying doesn't work as well with this feature though.
