This is the first pair of period panties I’ve ever tried. I thought it would take a lot of convincing to get me to like them, but it didn’t at all. These panties fit perfectly and are so soft. I’m a pretty heavy bleeder so I didn’t figure these would have enough absorption. They have plenty of absorption for the big clots and a large amount of blood. I will be ordering more.

Every time I got my period I would dread wearing thick pads, as those were the only things that could withstand my heavy flow. I had been debating trying period underwear for a few years now, and honestly I regret not getting them sooner. Saalt period underwear is a total game changer. I feel so comfortable wearing them, and they have helped make menstruation more manageable. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

I really like these Saalt leakproof underwear as backup protection when I’m using my menstrual disc. They give me extra peace of mind without having to wear a bulky pad, which I love. The material is super soft, lightweight, and comfortable, and they honestly feel almost like regular underwear. Even the gusset is soft and surprisingly breathable. They’re a much more comfortable and convenient option for me than traditional pads.
