New Tampon Design

I noticed the new “model” dispenser that you chose - I’ve got mixed feelings about it. I feel like the extender on the insert could be lengthened, along with the width of the cotton insert. If you could mix the last two dispensers/tampon designs - I feel that would make all the difference…for me.

I’m disappointed

I have loved your tampons and have been using them for years. However the new applicator SUCKS. I have never had a problem with putting tampons in ever. However this new applicator won’t even push the tampon out it just pushes the pusher back into its self if that makes sense. I have dropped multiple for this reason having to literally take it out put it back in and try again and sometimes then it wouldn’t even work. So I have probably waisted at least half a box if not more. I specially order the super plus bc I have a pretty heavy flow. It seems like more lately I’m bleeding through a super plus tampon more then before but I haven’t noticed any change in my flow. So I don’t know if you guys changed the thickness in material as well but I’m almost to the point of considering other options. My girlfriend has noticed the same issues with your tampons so i know it’s not just me.

New applicator and packaging

i’ve dropped atleast 10 on the floor due to slippery packaging that rips way quicker than paper packaging, the applicator feels more cheaply made, i bought these tampons from the start because the applicator since it was straight up and down it never failed me, already from my new pack i’ve lost about half the value due to dropping from packaging and being unusable from the applicator being broken.
