Loved saalt regular. I used the large cup on my heaviest day and during a complete workout (cardio and weight lifting/squats with weights) and no leaking! I had to empty it as soon as I got home since I do have a pretty heavy flow. But on days I don’t exercise I can wear it 4-5 hours before needing to empty. On light days I use a different less firm cup or disposable disc. Definitely recommend for working out without slipping or leaking. I made to start the workout with an empty cup and then emptied it when my workout was over.
