Best Sourdough Starter ever existed

I was making my own starter but it never really became active and so I decided to order from Kensington, and let me tell you by day 4-5 of re-activation it was already very much alive. I made my very first loaf and I am very happy with the results. Couldn't recommend enough. Get yours and start baking!

Super Strong Starter

I am really impressed with how strong this starter is! I made it to the 3rd day of the instructions (I followed it exactly!). I used a very large Weck jar, but I didn't even make it to the 4th day, where I am supposed to discard half of the starter, because it was already overflowing. I ended up using the overflow discard to make two focaccias, and one sourdough loaf, AND I still had enough to keep it going. And the sourdough loaf I made was truly the best one yet! I know it's a combination of technique and starter quality, but as a beginner sourdough baker, I felt like a pro!
