Hatch Chile Cheddar (Spicy)

Solid, but not spectacular

Good tomato, spicy, creamy flavor, but texturally didn’t feel like cheese; there was something off in the consistency and chewiness.

I love this one on everything. I was worried that the spice would be the only thing you taste. But no, it was a perfect balance. If it was in a local store I would buy it weekly.

Spicy but not overwhelming. I mixed chunks of it with avocado. Outstanding! I like it more than the Pepper Jack now.
