Keto Buckeye Brownies - SUMMER TIME PLEASE READ

Well done! These brownies are brownie-ing! Yes, it's a word now! Great flavor and as promised I had no sugar crashes or issues after. Now they are super melty not only when I got them but even after refrigeration (I know that's sacrilege-don't judge me!) but they were great cold also. Absolutely wonderful. My brother has gluten issues so I will try more products and definitely order for the holidays.

Theybarent lying whem ghey say they may be melted when they arrive BUT they are packed well. If you remove the wrapping and put in the fridge, they will firm back up and can easily be seperated using the parchment paper strip woven between layers. But if you cant wait, they are atill DELISH. They are chocolatey, peanut buttery yum!

I purchased a variety to make a dessert tray for our July 4th family celebration. One of the children attending was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Also several family members eat healthy and some follow keto plans. When the box arrived, I was very impressed with the packaging. Thanks to them being wrapped in groups of 3 as well, we sampled each of the variety. My husband normally avoids healthy food, but he actually enjoyed the Peanut Butter Brownie.
