How do you compare to Underworks
I've been wearing a double hernia belt from Underworks for thirteen years and obviously like it. Since they changed their design from a jock strappy design to more of an underpants design I decided to give yours a try. Both do the job of holding the bulge in place. I'm using the thickest pad included. The Underworks belt lasts a very long time. The little hooks that hold the the leg straps even survive for years. Have no idea how long yours will hold up. Yours is harder to get on and requires a certain degree of flexibility to grab the leg strap and force it through the slit in the side of the belt. Having done that, it is more adjustible than the Underworks. I don't like the idea hand washing as I am used to tossing the Underworks belt in the washer and dryer. Also, the Underworks belts are quite a bit cheaper. However, it's nice to know there is another supplier for this needed equipment. All that said, everyone sends these requests for reviews way too soon. I've only worn the belt for two days and my opinion is certain to evolve with more experience. For example I haven't worn it while golfing. Set a followup for six months and ask me to update the review.

Heavy-Duty Double Hernia Belt
This belt is much more supportive and comfortable than the other belts i have tried. It has given me more freedom to go about my day. Very happy to find Comfort-Truss.

My Review
I wear these 24 hours a day , the double heavy duty is perfect for my hernia. I only have one hernia but it's better wearing the double. I would highly recommend this belt. I've worn belts for year and kept right on working in concrete and will probably wear for another year before I get it fixed and when I do I'll have them do all the way across to prevent it from happening. Trying to wait till 70 to retire
