I said 4 stars only because I can't tell yet if the product is what I needed, but I do want to commend you on the personal response I got from staff when I requested to pause my reoccurring order. The email I got felt caring, not pushy, but friendly and genuine. I live in Alberta, and it is so hard to know if products are the quality they claim with our brainwashed medical system and false confusing labeling.
