Productvis good but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My first order too six weeks to arrive, there was an error on the shipping label. I pointed this outcyovthem multiple times, it wasnt corrected bedore the second order shipped and now my second order is delayed/returned to sender. Notbordring from them again and cancellingcthe subscription

They are a soft gel and easy to swallow nI Love them. They are very easy-to swallow. No after taste either.

This product doesnt work i dont see any changes is not worth it. Dont spend your money. They dont give your money back and they put you in automatic re-order and tring to give you money back 50% in the automatic order . I complay and finally they give me back full amount .
