After one week of using Crossrope
Yes I can tell a difference in changing to the different rope weights.
At 67 I have been modifying some of the floor exercises. Not a problem still feel a good workout.
It has been fun.

Unmatched quality

Not What I Expected
SO MUCH BETTER!!! I am absolutely blown away by the ropeless set and the app! Total gains in the arms when paired with my rebounder. Love, love, LOVE ❤️ It would be great if you could make some heavier ropeless, up to 5 lbs.
