Just learning to jump rope

I am just learning to jump rope, although I am very fit I am a 64 year old over the road trucker who needs to get in shape and jumping rope is my heart's desire to do so, this past week we're on vacation in the mountains of NC hiking and I am working on my jump roping planning on continuing to do so after I get back to work jumping rope outside my semi as a daily routine, I absolutely love the Romans T-shirt for Romans is probably my favorite book of the Bible, what I love about my job is getting paid to listen to the Bible cover to cover as I roll down the highway and while I workout as well in my cab and God changes me inside out as we go.
