Ropeless Get Strong Set

Great workout! Convenient and portable

I recently heard about the Crossrope ropeless set and was intrigued with adding it into my rebounding (mini trapoline) workout. I do a lot of strength training and thought I could progress to the 1 lb and 2 lb set first. Wow, did I learn that's strenuous. Certainly in a good way to workout but now I've decided that I need to progress to that level so I also invested in the 1/2 lb and 3/4 lb sets. This gives me quite a variety and it's so easy to switch between sets. I can even increase the weights during a workout. I've only been using my crossropes a few weeks but can already see more definition in my arms and love it! What a fun workout, whether you have a rebounder or not.

I purchased this set at the end of May 2026, its now end of August 2026 so its been 3 months. •Overall I’m disappointed in this set, as a product CrossRope user since 2020 ( Get Strong Set), I added this Ropeless set to my collection, so I could skip inside my house too. However, I don’t feel that these ropeless ropes compare to the Original Crossropes at all. These things don’t achieve the same rise in BPM on my smart watch as the normal cross ropes. I dont think the 2LB weightless version, feels anything like my 2LB Rope. +• For me the only positives of this purchase are I get new handles as my old Handles are so wore they are barely recognizable. I love the new jump mat as well. But I wish I had simply purchased normal ropes (above 2LBs) and new handles since I don’t see any benefit to these ropeless. • After 3 months the verdict for me is stick to the Original Crossrope Sets leave the gimmick alone. I will continue to use them. *How to review on their site?

Waiting for my exchange info

Great set but purchased hopeless 1lb and 2lb and need the 1/4 & 1/2 lb instead. Sent back previous set just waiting to get confirmation of return so I can get a new set. Great addition to rebounding with no added stress on joints.
