Great very very glad
Wow, this is great. To variate from a speedrope to this. You can exhaust yourself in 30 sec. And sure if you are not the youngest anymore like me( 57 years). And perfect grip. Really a must have for a jumper!!!

Heaviest jump ropes
I own a set of old crossrope style cables, they go up to 3 pounds, they’ve been amazing. I needed a weight upgrade, and wouldn’t have considered a different brand, the new ropes arrived and they don’t disappoint, the new handles are literally nothing short of amazing.

Ultra heavy & ultra efficient!
I've worked out in my garage, in Texas, for decades. I use a combo of weights, jump rope, kettlebells, battle ropes, and other odds & ends. Summer of 2023, it's basically hot everywhere, right? It's simply too hot to jump for 25+ minutes in my garage, either in the morning or later in the day. Enter the heavy ropes. I needed bang for my buck, something that checks off all workout boxes in less time. I consider myself an intermediate jumper, am in my 50s & am not interested in doing fancy agility stuff, so the heavy ropes make for an intense workout in a shorter amount of time. I own almost every Crossrope rope except the speed ropes and they are consistently awesome, smooth to use, and durable. Take care to build up to using the ultra heavy ropes, otherwise I imagine injuries would occur. I utilize the app almost exclusively for my workouts, just letting it guide me from start to finish. Heavy & ultra heavy workouts are lacking but it's easy enough to substitute the heavies when the 1 - 2 lb ropes are called for. Anyway, love the heavy ropes, the 1/4 lb rope feels like a speed rope when you're used to 3 lbs or more!
