Really enjoying the Crossrope set. I am 67 and a newbie jumper with fragile knees etc but starting to get consistent. Love the smooth bearing swing of the ropes and the weighted rope is great for "feeling" the swing and rope location. My only concern is that although I jump exclusively on a rubber mat I am already seeing the rope coating start to develop a definite wear bar.

I really like the upper body workout the 1 pound rope gives me....my arms and shoulders burns after 50 jumps and it is a struggle to get to 100 reps. I am a racquetball player but picked up jumping since the pandemic it. I also own the get lean set. I am 66 years old and enjoy regular jumps, high leg jumps and recently have incorporated the heel toe jump and enjoy mixing all three jump into my workout. Rob
