I have just started taking this combo of collagen and annatrol. The collagen is tasteless, and dissolves easily in water. The annatrol is to be taken with food, but the biggest benefits in addition to the supplements are the support I get from the Healthy Bones team. Reminders of strengthening good habits to eat more healthy protein throughout the day and do strength building exercise for bone turnover.

Okay, in all honesty after 4 weeks of consistent use I've not felt a huge difference yet, however my energy level seems to be better. I need to give it more time and stay consistent.
