This Shilajit is really potent and easy to take. It taste like the black tar stuff I took years ago, but now it’s in pill form thankfully.

Just started using. so far I don't see or feel changes but only been a couple of days.

Doesn’t taste good but is easy to swallow. Can’t tell until my next dexa scan whether it works or not.
