I use Creatine with HMB to help build muscle and support my bones

I use Creatine with HMB to help build muscle to support my bones. I have no bad reactions from this creatine. I mix it with Hydration electrolytes and Collagen Peptides every morning and it is my wake up routine.

Too soon to tell--hence the 4 stars. I have only been taking this for a month, so it's too soon to tell if I am seeing more muscle gain than I was when I was taking another brand. The HMB can add a strong taste; I found putting it in pomegranate juice, or pom juice with sparkling water, helped.
