This medium cheddar is excellent for shredding on salads and wet burritos and for slicing for grilled cheese sandwiches and too numerous to mention the all the ways I use it. It also make the perfect snack when you have the nibbles.

Second time ordering butter and cheese. The cheese is rich and smooth. You just can’t find this quality in the stores near me. Lovely people and products.
