Absolutely delicious 😋. I slow smoked it, then let it simmer in a pan of broth and sliced onions. Then thinly sliced it for some fantastic roast beef sandwiches.

I had this rump roast in the crock pot for 6 hours. It was fork tender through out and delicious!!! Dried aged beef is the best beef! Thank you Creamery Creek!
