This knife is very sharp! Made me realize that it's time to sharpen my older Wusthof 8" hollow edge Wunder knife. I like the smaller size because sometimes the longer knife is more than needed. It's better used for cutting things like squash and melons vs smaller veggies. Both knives are very easy to handle. Cutlery and More has the fastest delivery ever! I had the knife within 3 days of ordering. This is my 3rd Wusthof order from them. My set is complete now with 2 chef knives and a utility knife. It's all I need.
