No squashed tomatoes!

The Wüsthof tomato knife is my go-to knife for coring and slicing tomatoes in one handy tool. It easily cuts tomatoes with ease, and no crushing or squashing at all. The serrated blade is sharp and stays sharp. As with all Wüsthof knives the quality is apparent.
