Shun Classic 5" Hollow Edge Nakiri Knife - I like it!

I've recently bought a few of the smaller Shun prep pieces to complement my full size pieces. I'm really enjoying the 4.5" Honesuki, 6" Kiritsuke and 5" Nakiri. They are my go-to's for smaller batch prep work. Same beautiful fit, finish and performance as their larger counterparts, but lighter in the hand and more maneuverable. Very nice!
