Sharp and Premium Feel
Great knife for quick tasks. Cuts like a hot knife through butter. Great for push cuts. If you like a rocking motion, this one is very limited for that. Overall love it and is a really good value

This COULD be the only knife you need
I have a bunch of Japanese knives. This knife could replace 99% of them. It is short enough to be a paring knife, long enough to be a chefs knife and wide enough to be a santoku.
It is very sharp, made with VG10 steel which is hard enough for regular use and not as brittle as some of the other steels used in good cutlery.
I used it this weekend to peel and cut potatoes, smash and mince garlic and make portions for sandwiches.
It is also stunning to look at. You will need to get one sooner or later.

Great knife for the daily rotation
My wife loves it for slicing meat thinly. Stays sharp. There's a nice heft to the knife.
