This product was advertised as cordless, which is the main reason I purchased it. After multiple emails and sending pictures, customer service admitted that I was sent the wrong product. Despite their mistake and their 90-day money-back guarantee, they only offered me a 15% refund and expected me to pay return shipping. I already own a corded version and specifically wanted a cordless unit so I could use it while walking or doing other activities. As a busy mom, being tied to a cord defeats the entire purpose of this purchase. Customer service was friendly at first, but once I requested a full refund for the incorrect item, communication stopped. I contacted them the same day I received the product, yet they have not honored their guarantee or taken responsibility for their error. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
