May Be Beneficial But Controller is Difficult to Use.

I believe that I am receiving some pain relief. The heat feels nice while I have it on. The controller is difficult to use. I need to push down hard on the buttons with my nail. I still cannot change the timer from the 10 minute default. The instruction manual wasn’t helpful. Not enough information regarding levels, intensity, etc.The red light isn’t always on or flashing. Is there something wrong or does it vary according to modes selected. The large controller is uncomfortable to lay on. You cannot change the controller without removing it from your body.

Works as advertised, long battery life, can be used on multiple areas.
