I like the massage mat but I did not update my order and am still waiting for a return label to return. Horrible customer service

A bit disappointed

I thought it would have a stronger massage quality to it. More just feels like vibrations to me. Additionally, when I put it on heat, it is not enough. It is more a product for someone who does not enjoy strong massages.
