Wusthof Performer 6" Chef's Knife

Highly overrated and over priced

I have been a professional chef over 45 years. And I have used many kinds of knives. I found the six inch chefs knife highly overrated and definitely over priced. It’s definitely not as sharp as they. Stated and for the price I actually prefer my whistof icon chef knife I would not waste the money on any more of them.
