Miyabi Birchwood SG2 7” Santoku

This knife a a very good knife. It was reasonably sharp when I got it. I touched it up on a Naniwa chocera whetstone and a few passes on a leather strop and it is as sharp as my Zwilling 5 star 7” Santoku. As I said earlier, this is a very good knife, if you can afford the $350 pricetag.
