Demeyere 5-Plus 12.5" Stainless Steel Fry Pan with Glass Lid

Considering the size (12.5 in) this pan should have been a bit deeper. The advertised non-stick properties are ok, but the lid handle got hot (contrary to the advertisement). I haven't prepared many different foods in it yet, so not sure how it will perform. In overall, I like it, but I wished the 11 inch wasn't sold out.

I needed a large high-quality fry pan and this was perfect. No toxic non-stick, no leeching of metals like cheap stainless steel. Excellent quality! The heat distribution is perfect and cleanup is a breeze. Can't wait to complete my set.

Quality, and beautiful

Heavy duty, nicely finished. Great and even heat distribution on induction cooktop. Very pleased with this pan. And glass lid is a great bonus.
