Fantastic!

As a standalone a couple bites satisfies, makes great sauce for noodles, very pleased!!

Non-Salted

The Non-Salted Pemmican brick is superb. I don't like the salted options, such as the last Seasoned brick I got, and the Simply Salted brick I got a while back,... not really edible other than as seasoning on other food, basically. They're as salty or more salty than bacon. Pemmican is already a dried product, so even without addes salt, if the meat is good, it has some intrinsic slight salty savoriness without added salt or seasoning,... just the meat and fat.
