Carnivore Bar, 1-Bar Sample

The jury is still out for me on the Salted, and the Carnivore Bar, in general. It's the texture of the bar for me. I'm not a wus; I'm a Wyoming beef and bison eating person, know the difference between jerky, the carnivore products out there, eat tallow fries on a weak moment. I think it IS the tallow, however, that lingers on my palate that I don't find pleasing. Not the taste of the tallow, but the texture, the sort of grease feeling to it. I did refrigerate the bars as suggested.

Customer service is stellar! This flavor is ok. I am more of a sweet than savory girl. Apple pie is the chosen one! Can’t get enough!! Products and quality are above board! WISH the products were easier to get. Eat them too fast! Love this company and the hard work that is put in to this quality product!

Only giving 3 stars based solely on price. Otherwise I really do like the unsalted bars. I’m surprised I like the taste more than the unsalted. I like the little crispy bits. I could eat a bunch in a row. I probably won’t buy more though because of the price. I can buy 1 lb of grass fed and finish beef for $9.50.
