I saw THE ANDREONI BAR on a YouTube video, and immediately I recognized a fantastic pullover device for my function trainer/cable machine. I have a CENTR 2 functional trainer with 2 stacks of 165lbs, at a 2:1 ratio. THE ANDREONI BAR is heavy-duty, weighting 8.66kg or 19.1lbs, and came with ANDREONI Fat-Grips! My first thought was to write down a routine using just THE ANDREONI BAR. I found a good place to start was the box, which has written on the front 8 different moves. I also watched a few videos on YouTube, came up with 18 different moves to get started with, perfect for a fun routine with your cable machine/functional trainer:

So far, I'm very impressed with THE ANDREONI BAR. It has already become an integral part of my exercise journey, and I've seen progressive overload with gains from the variety of options it's given my home gym. Now that I've been using it for a month, I really love my ANDREONI bar, and would recommend it to anyone with a functional trainer.
