Lamb Leg Steaks

Once again the lamb steak, which my husband grilled, was absolutely delicious. The medium size was plenty for two. We have never had lamb flavor to match yours. Thank you, and we are so happy to support the work of a local farm woman.

Pleasantly chewy with a mild lamb flavor. Pan fried and split to serve two. A good buy for lamb lovers.
