Excellent pork brains and delivered on time!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

The pork brains are excellent. Very fresh and frozen in 1 lb blocks. We first boil them till done, Then sauté in butter with green onions and garlic, pepper and salt. Add beaten eggs and scramble. :)
