Smoked Brisket Burgers

Best burgers ever!

These are, hands down, the best burgers that I've ever eaten. I love hamburgers & turkey burgers. Grilled to perfection by my husband, this grind has an amazing rich flavor. Thank you, Kate, & Stillman's Meats!

`Holy moly!

Lets just say...my wife is not a big meat eater, especially pork or beef. When she and I took a bite of these smoked brisket burgers, you should have seen the smiles on our faces. She ate one for dinner and took one for lunch the next day! I think we have a convert!!

Ok, I’ve had many great burger experiences in my life, a few memorable, such as the Radius Burger and my friend Tony Maw’s Craigie St. Burger, but nothing prepared me for Stillman’s Smoked Brisket Burger. I nailed the perfect temp with my trusty Weber, topped with a creamy Spanish blue cheese from Wasik’s, took my first bite and just sat there. Yeah it was one of those experiences. Glad I still have some burgers in the freezer and seeing Kate tomorrow at the Canton Farmers Market.
