Although it was about 100° this week and the dry ice was tested to the limit. Everything came in frozen. Hip hip hooray. We are enjoying our second shipment

The first thing we tried was the T-bone it was the best steak we ever had. I used the ground beef tonight in my spaghetti sauce. Yum Yum. I should actually say my wife did all the cooking except that I seared the steak.
