I sent the Back Forty Box to a chef friend of mine. I told him to try it beside his normal purchase (the same cut...it was a ribeye) cook it the same and if the Birdwood steak was not the best, I would buy both steaks...needless to say he chose the Birdwood steak.

Beef is Nebraska feed ----Nothing better Well packaged and arrived when scheduled.
