Ultra Door Mount

I love the stackable band set. I have several sets; 1 at home, 1 in the RV, 1 at a second home. My grandsons. It's a great home gym option. The new door attachment is a nice option. I leave it on the bottom for curls, Upright rows and shrugs as it does not interfere with closing the door. When on top, for lat pull downs, etc., it has to be removed.

It’s a great product that is very easy to use anywhere in the house. The workout guide shows you how to do all the different exercises.
