I believe this a really high quality supplement product. However the vitamins I received were in a Mylar bag and had the absolute worst chemical smell that leached into the vitamins and changed the flavor. Was like eating glue. The bags smell so bad my hands stank after handling them. I contacted them about this and responded with what exactly didn’t I like about the flavor and maybe they could recommend a different product. Completely ignoring the info I explained about the Mylar packaging. I still have yet to get an email back after explaining a second time that the bags are leaching into the vitamins and it needs to be addressed immediately.

These become hard and taste like plastic, clumping together in the container until they form a single mass. I cannot recommend this company; their customer service feels unprofessional and claims there is no way to issue a refund. They provide a subscription where the price shifts each month instead of remaining constant, and they only offered 20% off another item. Hello—all their products are now poor compared to the first delivery, as if the recipe changed. I would give zero starts if I could.
