I got the women’s multi and the teen multi and my daughter and I both love them. They taste really good and we both feel noticeably better. My only tip is to be sure to get them off your porch or mailbox if it’s a hot day. They were sitting a little too long in the sun on the front porch and congeal together a little bit.

Have only taken for a few days but notice I have mor energy and that they stay in my system all day
