So far the ground beef has been great but we did have one ribeye that was very sinewy and we were unable to chew it. New York Strips have been great.

This is the swcond time weve invested in 1/4 cow. I love this farm, their products are beyond flavorful. Their customer service is excellent. Shop with your farms, buy in bulk if you can (fill that larder) and youll have a peace of mind knowing that your food was well cared for before it made its way to your plate.
