Grassfed Beef Sirloin Tip Roast

The roast had a delicious flavor. However, I think I overcooked the roast as it was not as tender as a sirloin tip should be. I saw in your cooking instructions that grass fed beef cooks a bit faster than store bought beef but unfortunately saw those instructions after it was cooked. So, next time I order a sirloin tip, I'll cut down on the cooking time and i'm sure it will be perfect.
